Which workshops do you offer?

We offer six core workshops, which you can see in the catalog above. Each one is designed to be tailored to your team’s specific goals and current challenges
Absolutely. We frequently adapt the learning outcomes, use your company’s real-world examples, and tailor the final artifacts to ensure the training is immediately applicable. Typical lead time for customization is 1–2 weeks.
We offer flexible delivery to suit your team’s needs. Sessions can be delivered either remotely or onsite, with formats ranging from 90-minute clinics to immersive two-day workshops. The ideal group size is 6-15 people.
Our goal is to make the learning stick. After the session, your team receives all templates and checklists, a 30-day action plan to ensure adoption, and an optional session recording.
Success is measured by the real-world impact on your team’s performance. We establish capability baselines before we start and track progress through metrics like reduced rework and faster approvals.
Pricing is determined by the scope of the engagement, which we’ll establish in a brief 20-minute discovery call. We are fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 and are always happy to sign an NDA.
